What is Datacloud Europe?
Over 14 years Datacloud Europe has grown from 200 attendees to nearly 2,000 from over 80 countries. We have become an unrivaled global meeting place for the leading data center, cloud and hosting companies can meet, network and most importantly do deals.

Where does Datacloud Europe take place?
Datacloud Europe 2017 is taking place in the Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

What does my Datacloud Europe ticket entitle me to?
A Euro Tickets entitles the holder to attend the Datacloud Europe conference on the 13-14th of June 2018

A Gold Ticket entitles the holder to attend The Datacloud Awards Ceremony in the stunning Le Sporting Club Monaco on the evening of the 12th of June along with the conference.

A Platinum Ticket allows the holder to attend The Enterprise Cloud Forum in The Monte Carlo Bay Hotel on the 12th of June along with the Datacloud Awards and Conference.

We pride ourselves on putting the leading voices from data center & cloud on stage at our events. Can I transfer my ticket to another person during the conference?
No, each ticket is valid to be used by one person only for the duration of the conference.

I can’t attend Datacloud Europe anymore. Can I get a refund?
Cancellation to attend any event, tendered in writing by email or fax to the organizers is as follows:
Up to 50 calendar days before the event, full price (standard) tickets are 100% refundable with the exception of Super Early Bird and Early Bird ticket offers.
Between 26-39 calendar days before the event, tickets are 75% refundable.
Within 25 calendar days or less tickets are non-refundable.

Can I resell my Datacloud Europe tickets?
As laid out in our Terms and Conditions, you cannot sell your ticket. Doing so will result in a void ticket and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the event.

Do you sell one-day tickets?
We don’t offer one-day tickets. Please refer to our ticket page here.

I have a disability and I need my carer to assist me at Datacloud Europe. Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer?
We would be happy to accommodate your needs. Please contact here where the team can advise you further.

I need a visa to attend, can you help me?
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we will happily send you an invitation letter once you purchase your ticket. To receive your letter, please contact us here. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa.

What is the dress code for Datacloud Europe?
There is no specific dress code for Datacloud Europe however people tend to dress smart casual.
